Connectors are genuine Anderson products sold under our authorized distribution agreement — we do not manufacture connectors. Harnesses are crimped, assembled and tested in our own factory, from prototype to volume.
Capabilities
Terminal Crimping
Automatic crimpers with pull-test sampling; crimp height and cross-sections controlled to IPC/WHMA-A-620, using genuine Anderson terminals only.
Wire Processing
Cut, strip, tin, twist and heat-shrink in one flow; UL 1007/1015, silicone and shielded cable supported.
Overmolding & Assembly
Overmolding, harness assembly, labels and customer-branded printing — with connectors from authorized channels only.
Electrical Testing
100% continuity, hipot, insulation resistance and pull tests with reports.

Quality flow: incoming inspection → first-article approval → in-process patrol → outgoing sampling. Genuine connectors, traceable crimp settings and terminal lots.
